I had an appointment with Mann & Co yesterday, who were going to help me with determining what I need to do to make my house rentable, and give me an indication of what kind of rent I could charge.
No one turned up, and no courtesy call from them. I wonder if this is just me, just them, or estate/letting agents in general?
